Apparetly so. According to recent genetic studies, a person's reaction to stress (in this case, horror films) by laughing, screaming, or crying is actually determined by genes. So when you and I and everyone else who frequents the internet was rolling on the floor during The Ring , we can be justified in knowing that our twisted sense of humor is actually physically ingrained. Take that, normal people.
